This Site is an informational website about ONNVO, a DIFC-based, pre-seed, pre-launch company building fractional real estate infrastructure for Dubai and the GCC. Nothing on this Site is, or should be treated as, an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or subscribe for any security, investment product, or virtual asset, in any jurisdiction. ONNVO is not currently authorized or regulated by the DFSA, VARA, or any other financial regulator.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Dubai International Financial Centre, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, pending ONNVO's formal DIFC incorporation.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Pre-Launch Status

ONNVO is a pre-seed, pre-launch company. As of the date of this page, no investment products are live, no client funds are held, and no securities or interests in any SPV are being offered or sold. Everything described on this Site about the platform, its features, and its economics is a description of a plan, not a live service.

Not Yet Regulated

ONNVO is not currently authorized or regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), or any other financial regulator, in any jurisdiction. References to a "DIFC Innovation Licence" or "DFSA authorization" on this Site describe a staged regulatory plan, not a status already achieved. No feature requiring a specific licence or authorization will go live before that authorization is obtained.

Any reference on this Site to funding, distributions, or payouts in crypto, stablecoins, or digital currency describes a planned capability, gated behind its own required licence (which may include a virtual-asset authorization such as VARA), not a live service. Where fiat-pegged stablecoins are used, they still carry issuer and counterparty risk, and the possibility that a stablecoin's market price temporarily or permanently diverges from its peg ("de-pegging"). This is distinct from — and not an invitation to speculate in — volatile crypto assets.
